Jonathan Lander – Chairman
Chief Executive Officer of Volvere plc, Jonathan has over 18 years experience in the City including 4 years with the Nomura and West LB Panmure Technology Groups and 10 years as CEO of Dawnay, Day Lander Ltd., a London-based venture capital firm. He has been involved in numerous public and private Technology transactions, both as an adviser and as principal investor. He holds an M.A. in Law from Cambridge University.

Martin was one of the original founders of Interactive Prospect Targeting in 2000 and has since then continued to work for the Group. He is currently the sole Director of Direct Excellence Limited (formerly Interactive Prospect Targeting Limited), the principal UK subsidiary of DXR, and President of Direct Excellence French Branch. Martin has concentrated in recent years on the Group’s French subsidiaries. He was a director of the Company from 17 April 2009 until 14 January 2010.


Nicholas Lander - Director and Company Secretary
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Volvere plc, Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990. He has worked for a number of public companies in both financial and operational roles. Prior to joining Dawnay, Day Lander Ltd, he held the positions of Corporate Development Director, Clyde Blowers PLC and Deputy Managing Director, Clyde Materials Handling and participated in taking Clyde Blowers private in 1999. Nick was heavily involved in reorganising businesses in the group and undertaking due diligence of target companies. Prior to joining Clyde, Nick spent 6 years with APV plc (now part of Invensys PLC), latterly as Managing Director of a subsidiary that was the subject of a successful turnaround. Nick's financial and operational responsibilities have included international businesses in the engineering, vehicle retailing, software and mobile sectors.
